My faith & philosophy of religion: As to me, guys, there is no such thing as Apocryphal Gospels or Apocrypha. Nag Hammadi library? Dead Sea Scrolls? So-called Gnostic Gospels?! 73 & MORE...?? Is it really true? Genuine? Real? Legit? Authentic...? To me, YES! It's canonical and authoritative. You are free. I am free. People are free. People are free thinkers, and we are the people. Accept it or forget it! Like it or not! I have read most of them, and, as a free thinker, I "accept" them, and, you know what? There's more to come! Secrets?! Dig holes, and dig them deep! Truth is, I could hear the gentle shushing of the so-called saints -- all joining in -- eh?! The high priest says: "All I know is that I know!," "I buy and sell anything," "Listen to me!," "Don't ask!," "Don't think!," "Don't you dare!" BUT I am telling you the truth: "Don't live like a slave," "Search for the truth," "And DO NOT be afraid of the truth," "Open your ears," "Unchain your heart," "Open your mind," "And open your mouth." And he who says to you: "Listen to me!," "Only me!," "For I know the truth!" is not a saint, but a psychopath. I am telling you the truth: "Lies are lies. Truth is truth. And lies travel faster than the truth," "Freedom is the truth, the literal truth," "So blessed is he, who feels free." PS, I hate "religious" hypocrisy. Eh!

I have great respect for Martin Luther - the German reformer - and my highest respect "Chapeau!" for his heroic efforts, especially the Ninety-five Theses 1517, and the Old-New Testaments with Apocrypha: Luther Bible 1522-1545. BUT I cannot accept his anti-Semitism. I respect Jehovah's Witnesses and their diligence & perseverance -- I admire John Calvin and the Protestant theology, and I respect, for example, Billy Graham -- I also admire the Presbyterian church, and I deeply respect, for example, R. C. Sproul, the American theologian. BUT we are still split on doctrinal matters. I respect Zwingli - his work and philosophy. BUT, violence?! That is not my thing. I respect Islam -- MODERATE Islam, the Peaceful Islam of Dr. Mostafa Mahmoud: Science & Faith, and the philosophy of Muhammad Metwalli al-Sha'rawi. BUT, political Islam?! Militias?! Radicalism?! Terrorism?! Not on your life! I have great respect for Judaism and I love Judeo-Christianity "the Source of Knowledge" -- I also love and respect Confucianism, Taoism, and Buddhism "the School of Wisdom" and their peaceful coexistence. BUT ALSO open-mindedness, critical thinking, modern knowledge, and mix of tradition + modernity. I have great respect for the Orthodox Church and Saint Mark -- and the comforting words of Pope Shenouda III of Alexandria -- and I deeply love and respect our Catholic Church -- the liturgical worship, rites, ceremonies, prayers, spiritual incense, sacraments, the beauty of the Rosary, the veneration of Our Mother - the Blessed Virgin Mary, and, for example, Fulton John Sheen, the American bishop of the Catholic Church. However, the secret archive, 1939 -- WWII -- and what happened back then is troubling my heart. I value our scriptural sacraments -- baptism and the Lord's Supper -- AND -- I have sacrament of my own, i.e., freedom and critical thinking. THUS I AM A FREE theologian. To me, philosophy, ethics, and faith are set of triplets based on love, peace, and change. Remember, the difference between life and death is: CHANGE!
